This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or use our website at compoundmp.com (the "Site") and related services, offerings, and interactions (e.g., inquiries, consultations, and communications) that are subject to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications, websites, or services that integrate with or are linked from the Site ("Third-Party Services"), or to any other third-party products, services, or businesses. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to the data we process on behalf of our clients in connection with consulting and implementation engagements, which is governed by separate client agreements.

Contact and Inquiry Information. When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of your message.
Newsletter and Communications. When you subscribe to our newsletter or other communications, we collect your email address and any other information you provide in connection with your subscription.
Scheduling Information. When you use our embedded scheduling tools (such as Calendly) to book a consultation, we may receive your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Your use of those scheduling tools is also subject to the third-party provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Aggregated or De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for any purpose.

(a) Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
(b) Delete personal information we have collected from you;
(c) Correct inaccurate personal information;

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity using information associated with your account or interactions with us before fulfilling your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Email Communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us at founders@compoundmp.com. You may still receive transactional or service-related communications.
Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 5 above.
Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with the "Effective" date updated. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Site.
